The Arc San Francisco is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and led by key staff and members of our Client Advisory Committee. We also value the input and experience of our Family Coalition members.
The Arc Family Coalition is a parent and family network interested in improving the quality of life for clients of The Arc and their peers.
Family members are active in advocacy efforts at the local, state and national level, lending their experience and voices on a wide variety of disability issues. In addition, members work toward improving the system of supports that families rely on, providing input toward better service delivery and partnering opportunities in the wider community.

Members are regular volunteers at key fundraising, education and social events, and meet monthly during “We Gotta Dance!," a dance-social for clients of The Arc.
Meeting time: Third Friday of the month, 7:00-8:00pm
