Self Determination Program: Info and Pre-Enrollment

Dear Families and Caregivers,
Today, Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC), asked me to share this information with you and host a Self Determination Pre-Enrollment Meeting here at Howard Street on Monday, July 9th.
The reason for the short notice is that DDS has just confirmed that the last day for submission of names to DDS in order to be included in the random selection of participants in the Self Determination Program is September 17, 2018.
